o Individuals to Identify Constraints/ Bottlenecks/ Initiatives : Individuals teams will identify list of goals/initiatives/constraints/ bottlenecks which they think will impact the interim goal assigned to them
o Inventory of Initiatives, To Do’s & Solutions: All individuals identified initiatives to be listed under each goal
o Scoping Down: Group brainstorming to scope down listed initiatives/constraints (clubbing common ones & eliminating global issues) & solutions - only consider initiatives that impact overall school
o Actionables for each person/team: Solutions with timelines decided on the basis of scoped down initiatives
o Time Lines & Deliverables: Presentation by task champions to Operations head (basic action template solutions, process designs, resources needed, standards, timelines, agreed milestones, tracking mechanism etc.
